So on Sunday we had our St Georges Day parade at Bodmin. First time we’d been to a parade in our new District. Loads of people came from all the different groups. We paraded down the street following the band and went to St Petrocs church for the service. It was an okay service, they do get a bit boring. Interesting to see who is in our District as this was the first time we’d all come together since joining up last September.
Several leaders from our group got certificates of service 
On Saturday we had a jumble at the hut to make a bit o money for our birthday celebrations. We made £147 which aint bad at all!!
Tonight at Beavers we carried on with our collage of a Beaver scout for the exhibition. Its all coming together nicely now, just some stuff to finish off on Thursday with the other Beavers. Monday colony seems to be growing even more now, there were quite a lot of them there tonight! We must be doing something right!
Am looking forward to our open weekend this weekend for our centenary. Off to a meeting on Wednesday with some of the leaders to sort out everything for it.
